[Case Study] Unmanned Driving System for Ring-Shaped Workpieces

Achieving complete automation by combining automatic measurement and dimension correction with a fixed-size device!

We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of an "unmanned driving system for ring-shaped workpieces." Before the implementation, a significant amount of time was required for precision adjustments of guides and ring feeders during setup when changing model numbers. In the continuous grinding process, two operators were constantly engaged with each machine.
